1. Max working width: 900~1650mm 2. Polishing heads quantity: 12~24 heads, fickert tool heads, every head has six claws, lift of the heads controlled by pneumatic cylinder automatically. 3. Size of polishing abrasive: 170mm 4. Speed of the main conveying belt is controlled by cycloid-pin speed reducer with frequency converter. 5. One sweep head is equipped at the outlet to clean dust and residues on the slab 6. Crossbeam moving controlled by frequency converter, the moving speed can be adjust according the condition of the slabs. 7. Main motor is 15kw per head. 8. This machine is controlled by PLC, at the front of this machine has one set sense switch used to check the width of the slab, and then can determin the moving distance of the crossbeam automatically. 9. At the end of the machine's crossbeam has one lubrication pump which can lubricate the main spindle automatically. 10. The main spindle is made by steel not cast iron and processed by chromate treatment to ensure the strength. 11. The moving belt is adopt special belt for stone machines which can be used for more than 10 years. 12. At the surface of the bottom base is one layer stainless steel, which can avoid friction between belt and bottom base.
