Natural Formaldehyde-free Blockboard
Blockboard commonly known as Daixinban , is one of the decoration with main varieties of wood-based panels , mainly used in furniture manufacturing , doors, windows, ceiling decoration .It is made by the middle of the two veneer glue pressure splicing wood.The total thickness of the two sides adhesive veneer Blockboard shall not be smaller than 3 mm.Within the nominal format ,the width of various blockboard corner defect shall not exceed 5mm, the length shall not be greater than 20mm.Middle plank is made from the high quality natural wood after heating-treated (In the drying room drying ) ,and then processed into wooden strip of the certain specifications .Both sides of each sticker are made of one or two wood-based panel veneers,it has waterproof , environmental and other special features . Our blockboards are smooth , no warping , no deformation , no blistering, no depression. Strips are arranged evenly neatly, small gap, strips without decayed、 fracture、wormhole、clear, dimensionally stable , not easily deformed , effectively overcome wood anisotropic , having a higher transverse strength , Strictly abide by the principle of symmetry group billet and effectively avoid the plank of buckling deformation.The surface of blockboard is very beautiful, format is wide, and is easy to use. It is mainly used in furniture manufacturing , door , siding .etc. and it's characteristics of the natural wood is more responsive to conform the requirements of human nature ; it has a light weight, ease of processing , and the nail-holding ability is good , no deformation , etc. .It is the ideal materials of interior and high-end furniture production .The nail-holding ability of our blockboard is good, high strength , it has some characteristics of hardness , sound absorption and thermal insulation. The moisture content is not high .
