Pneumatic Lockout devices help prevent equipment from being energized by compressed air during servicing. They secure pneumatic fittings, couplers, and regulators so a hose cannot be reconnected to a pressurized air source until authorized removal of the padlock(s)—supporting safer, more consistent lockout/tagout execution.

Why lock out compressed air?

Pneumatic energy can cause unexpected movement, ejection, or tool activation. A dedicated pneumatic lockout helps prevent a quick-disconnect fitting from being reconnected to an air line while maintenance or adjustment is in progress.
