Particularly it has unique advantage on the drying of polymers and resin, dyestuff and pigment, ceramic and glass, rust remover and insecticide, carbohydrate and dairy, detergent and surfactant, fertilizer, organic compound and inorganic compound, etc.Principle:After being filtered and heated, the hot fresh air enters into the air distributor at the top of drying chamber, in which it is distributed in a spiral way uniformly from up to down. At the same time, the filtered feeding liquid is pumped to the top atomizer, then be atomized to extremely fine mist droplets. Through the short time of direct contact with hot air, the moisture is evaporated at once, and the solid remains to be powder. The dry powder will be discharged continuously from the bottom of drying tower and cyclone collector, the exhaust air will be discharged after cleaning.Features:●Momentary dry.
