According to the material and process, the process components with a length-diameter ratio of 72:1 can be provided, and enough reaction residence time can be provided to achieve the best dispersion and mixing effect.
Large twin screw extruders are mainly used for polyolefin granulation, which is particularly common in petrochemical enterprises. The usual P E and P P granulation is the typical operation of this application. HK125 twin screw extruder has a large market share in special extrusion, such as UHMWPE fiber and lithium battery diaphragm extrusion.
