Product IntroductionThis rigid flex pcb is made with FR4 and PI. It is a 8 Layer HDI Rigid Flex PCB with 2 tier HDI vias. It means that Min hole is less than 0.15um, usually 0.1mm. Visual checking the PCB against acceptance criteria and using X-PCB "approved" inspectors. Using manual visual inspection and AVI – compares PCB to gerber and has a faster checking speed that human eyes, but still requires human verification. All orders are also subjected to a full inspection including dimensional, solderability, etc.The rigid flex printed wiring board is used in High-end Precise Industrial Sensor Control.
