DescriptionSludge double shaft paddle dryer is a kind of indirect heated dryer. There is jacket on the body, hollow paddle strongly welded on two or four hollow shafts, filling heating medium (could be hot water, steam or thermal oil) in them, wet raw material is heated, dried as well as driven forward by two or four shafts.The dryer is formed by sealed feeding system, dryer body, sealed discharging system, tail air processing system etc. It realizes safety control through the control of flammable ingredients, drying temperature, pressure and oxygen content. Besides ordinary sludge, the dryer is also perfect for oily sludge, Coal chemical sludge which contains solvent ingredients. It is one of the most secure sludge drying device.What’s more, we developed high vacuum double shaft paddle dryer (in continuous production). Vacuum model design is improved based on ordinary design, pressure resistance is strengthened, it is available to work under high pressure operation environment and it could prevent flammable, explosive or poisonous gas agglomeration effectively.
