Main Components and materialsLifting Motor : Self -made motor , high quality cooper wire winding . Motor shell is made of die-casting aluminum , be good for heat dissipation , make motor much longer life .Brake : Side magnetic braking system , easy maintenance .Hoist lifting mechanism : including connection box , chain sprocket , chain guide , guide bracket etc.Gear Box : Including high strength Alloy steel spline shaft and a set of gears with high precision , lower noise .Electrical Control : Schneider contactor , Transformer , Phase sequence protector and upper and lower limit switch etc .Other External Parts : high strength heated forged upper and lower hook , high strength heat treated alloy steel load chain , hand switch , Chain spring , Canvas or steel Chain bag etc . 4 .
