VOD(vacuum Oxygen degassing): with the ability of VD , it got another ability that can reduce the element of carbon. VOD got a blowing oxygen device. when the steel liquid got the more oxygen by the blowing device , [c] element what is developing [CO] with Oxygen is removed. and another ability is what the steel liquid temperature will be kept by that [CO] is developed.
