Ⅰ.Main feature and performance
1.The whole technique flow from unwinding of raw material to laminating and winding. It adopts the advanced electric equipment and mechanism equipment, PLC Controller, human-computer interface. So it could be controlled solely or together with high autoimmunization;
2. The speed of extrusion and molding is controlled by PLC and the molding roller, silicone roller, assistant cooling roller adopt recycle water cooling structure. This structure ensures the good coating effect. The molding rollers clutch uses the pneumatic controller;
3. The double working position unwinding adopts the automatic rectifying system. The coil unwinding and changing adopt automatic changing, cutting and material joining without speed reducing. The tension of the unwinding adopts the PLC controller which ensures unwinding be smooth and in high speed; The double working winding adopts the vector inverter and PLC controller .Besides the coil changing adopts the automatic changing, cutting and material joining without reducing speed. This machine is suitable for coating laminating on the roll paper, aluminum foil, unwoven fabric, weave, BOPP, PE and it adopts the own patent technology. The products have high quality: high peel off strength, good matte effect, symmetrical thickness, good leak tightness etc. Every standard of the products produced by this machine reach or exceed the industry standards.
