DAF Oil Water Separator

DAF oil water separator is an an open style high efficiency oily wastewater treatment system that clarifies wastewater by removing suspended matters such as oil, colloid, suspended solids, etc.The removal is achieved by dissolving air into wastewater under pressure and then releasing the air to atmospheric pressure in flotation tank.Characteristics1.The press of air tank under 0.5Mpa, air can the dissolved in water effeciently.2.The bubbles can be small than 5-20μm,they can contact the suspended matters effeciently.3.Air dissolving efficiency is 80-100%, better than traditional way.4.Pressure-capacity is good,automatic control, easy to operate and maintain.5.low noise.ApplicationMain application:1. Microalgae collection2. Reduce the turbidity of lake water, river water and pond water.3. Textiles and dyes are removed from pigments and impurities.4. Algae removal/collection.5. Paper mill used for pulp and water recovery of papermaking wastewater.6. FOG (fat, grease) removal.7. Oil-containing wastewater and degreasing of oil refineries, petrochemicals, etc.8. Pretreatment to meet sewer discharge limits.9. Pretreatment reduces the load on the downstream biological treatment system.10. Biological treatment of wastewater and polishing.11. Other solid-liquid separation and liquid-liquid separation.
