PMMA transparent sheet production line
Introduction:
PMMA sheet, commonly known as plexiglass. It is a thermoplastic with excellent light transmittance. It is based on methyl methacrylate as the main material, adding initiator, plasticizer and other polymerization. PMMA has excellent light transmission, can pass 99% of light, and can pass through 73.5% of ultraviolet light; mechanical strength is high; heat resistance, cold resistance and weather resistance are all good; corrosion resistance and insulation Good; under certain conditions, dimensionally stable and easy to process. The disadvantage of PMMA is that its texture is relatively brittle, it is easily soluble in organic solvents, its surface hardness is not large, and it is easy to rub its hair. PMMA is mainly used for indoor high-grade decorative materials and special ceiling lamps or indoor partitions and transparent protective materials in buildings. PMMA has many kinds of colorless, colored transparent PMMA and pearlescent PMMA.
