NHU 45 degrees/90 degrees High-Speed Automatic Quartered Hydraulic Indexing Power Chuck
(1). Due to the small outer diameter of the chuck, suitable for small CNC lathes.
(2). In the work of no loss of grip, the smaller hydraulic pressure can get a larger grip.
(3). Spindle rotation can be used for automatic indexing, for 8X45 degrees, 4X90 degrees or 2X180 degrees indexing.
(4). Suitable for processing cross pin and other workpieces, batch processing and efficient products.
(5). Chuck diameter range: 168-235mm
(6). Material: Steel.
(7). According to product design drawings dedicated tooling.
(8). Can provide a complete hydraulic system, including the chuck body, connecting plate, tooling, oil separator, hydraulic station.
(9). Chuck by quenching and grinding treatment, anti-deformation design, to ensure rigidity and accuracy, easy installation.
