PUE 3-Jaw Slant-Column Pull Back Draw Down Power Chuck for I.D.
(1). PUE I.D. slant-column pull back chuck is suitable for machining the workpiece with the requirement of positioning, verticality, concentricity and parallelism of the end surface. It only needs to change the clamps when different workpieces are installed.
(2). Pull the workpiece back toward the baffle and clamp it at the same time, so it has the function of completely sticking the workpiece to the reference surface.
(3).Centrifugal force compensation.
(4). Less maintenance, lower wear, long-term stable accuracy, constant clamping force.
(5). Repeat positioning accuracy up to: 0.025mm.
(6). Chuck diameter range: 135-304 mm, 5 to 12 inch
(7). Material: Steel.
(8). Clamp and pull back the workpiece inner diameter, with a strong clamping force.
