The Details of Heat Resistant Beltfor Napkin Packaging

Heat resistant belt made by PTFE coated fiberglass with tracking studs is designed to seal the ends of packets of toilet rolls and biscuits package. The belt is commonly made by our MT9035AJ material, Mutiflon make it into endless belt which is connected by 25mm heat sealed overlap joint, edge reinforcement and stainless steel tracking studs will be customized along the edge in order to strength edge part and make sure belt running smooth.

The Application of Heat Resistant Belt for Napkin PackagingHeat resistant belt made by PTFE is designed to pack many types of rolls like toilet tissue packs. The packs are wrapped with plastic film, once fully wrapped the ends are finished in the style of an envelope, the enveloped film ends need to be sealed by heat platen on two sides. Thus there will be two belts installed on the hot platens and run together, heat transfers through the belts surface to the packet and the belts'nonstick surface help to prevent any molten plastics from building up on the belts surface.The belts run with tracking studs on one edge of the belt which inserted in to a machined groove in the rollers of the conveyor. This prevents the belts from tracking off and extends the belts life.
