PTFE clothing is PTFE coated glass fabric, 3mil PTFE fabric is 100% nonstick surface, chemical resistance and high tensile strength, the material is light weight but with extra smooth surface. typical applications of 8mil PTFE clothing is in automobile industry, electronic industry, solar industry, food industry, plastic and polymer industry.

Structure of 8mil PTFE Clothing
Basic material: Woven fiberglass made by E-glass which is alkali free, fiberglass is an immensely versatile material due to its light weight, inherent strength, weather-resistant finish and variety of surface textures.
Coating material: Coating PTFE on the fiberglass makes the fabric nonstick surface for release during industrial process. PTFE coating will be stable and long lasting during temperature between -73-260℃(-100-500℉).
