The Chita is a complex Japanese Whisky with great depth in flavour thanks to Shinji Fukuyo choosing to age Chita in wine and Spanish oak casks in addition to white oak. The result is a mild, smoother grain whisky with unparalleled sophistication and a clean, clear finish.
Tasting Notes:
Colour - Bright gold
Palate - Creme brulee, cardamom, acacia honey, blossoming rose
Finish - Clean and clear, spiced oak with subtle bittersweet notes
