SLEO polyvinyl alcohol powdersare white stable non-toxic water-soluble macro-molecular synthetic polymers, which are made from vinyl acetate through the polymerization and saponification and quickly dissolves in water to form a stable colloid. It exhibits excellent water solubility, bonding strength, film forming properties and chemical stability.
