Malt mill is the beginning stage for beer brewing . The barly milling condition will affect the next malt mashing result . In fact ,it's malt mill or say extrude ,not grinding . Because the malt shell skin should be kept complete ,not smashed damage . Because the malt shell can play the role of natural filter layer upon the sieve plate , help a lot to finish wort lautering efficiently .
