Malt mill is the beginning stage for beer brewing . The barly milling condition will affect the next malt mashing result . In fact ,it's malt mill or say extrude ,not grinding . Because the malt shell skin should be kept complete ,not smashed damage . Because the malt shell can play the role of natural filter layer upon the sieve plate , help a lot to finish wort lautering efficiently . The wort mill machine are optional for different capacity ,like the 200KG/H , 500KG/H , 1000KG/H etc . And for big brewery , automatic malt elevator and hopper device will be matched for malt milling system .
