The application fields of L-Alanyl-L-Tyrosine
1. Medicine and health products
Nutritional supplements: As a precursor of tyrosine, they can supplement the tyrosine needed by the human body and participate in the synthesis of neurotransmitters (such as dopamine and norepinephrine) and melanin. They are suitable for people with abnormal tyrosine metabolism or increased demand (such as those under high stress and athletes).
Drug intermediates: Used for the synthesis of drugs for treating neurological disorders (such as Parkinson's disease), depression or anxiety disorders, or as structural units of polypeptide drugs.
Sports health: It may improve energy metabolism during exercise and reduce muscle damage. Some studies suggest that it can be used as a sports nutrition additive.
2. Cosmetics and skin care products
Antioxidant and anti-aging: Tyrosine is involved in the synthesis of collagen, which may improve skin elasticity and reduce fine lines. Meanwhile, its derivatives can act as antioxidants to inhibit the damage of free radicals to the skin.
Whitening and pigment regulation: Tyrosine is a precursor for melanin synthesis, but it should be used with caution in cosmetics. Its bidirectional regulatory effect on pigment production needs to be balanced (it may promote or inhibit melanin, depending on the formula and concentration).

Functional food additives: They are used to enhance the amino acid content in food, especially suitable for special groups that need to supplement tyrosine (for example, patients with phenylketonuria should use them under the guidance of a doctor, as tyrosine metabolism is related to phenylalanine).
