Anpeng PU-Mesh

Anpeng PU-Mesh screens are made of abrasion-resistant polyurethane materials with steel wire structure embedded. Comes in square or slotted opening in either fully welded, or partially welded style. It offers improved efficiency compared with traditional wire screen, with higher durability, longer wear life at much lower maintenance costs overall. Extremely cost-effective screening solution for a wide variety of difficult applications, especially for wet or high-humidity screening. It has excellent performance in harsh environment with good resistance to various acids, alkalis and organic solvents. Proprietary design makes it extremely light, flexible and easy to install.

Types of Polyurethane Screen Mesh

Square PU Mesh

Square PU Mesh

PU-Mesh Screens are steel braided wire mesh coated with abrasion-resistant polyurethane in either fully welded or partially welded style. Light and flexible, which makes the PU Mesh extremely impact resistance.

Slotted PU Mesh

Slotted PU-Mesh Screens has slotted openings, and greater open area than Square PU-Mesh and therefore higher throughput.
