Technology advantage:

1:The entire moving platform move to the bottom of the cloth wheel by the bottom cylinder , and the cloth wheel is pressed down to the workpiece . Then it start to polish

2:There is a swing cylinder under the moving table to swing it so as to eliminate the grain during the polishing process .

3:Total working process was controlled by the PLC

4:The worker only install the workpiece , press the button, and pick up it after polishing .

3: There is a circular tube interface behind the machine’s cloth wheel cover , is for connecting dust pick-up hose .When manufacture , connect the negative pressure dust collection equipment and suck the polishing dust .
