Automated Image Stitching Measurement System
Performance Overview:
Automatic one-key flash splicing special measuring instrument is a one-key fast special measuring equipment designed and manufactured by our company for the multi-dimensional detection of large two-dimensional workpieces. The equipment has the characteristics of large measuring stroke, fast detection efficiency and high detection accuracy. The equipment is equipped with a wealth of image measurement modules to meet different workpiece measurement. The equipment is composed of high-precision control system and high-precision image detection module. Image detection module adopts high-resolution camera, automatic zoom lens, and multi-angle ring lamp source LED far-core cold light source, which can realize the two-dimensional plane size detection of different workpieces, such as contour, point, straight line, circle, arc, distance, etc. The device contains an extended module. Measuring stroke :300*200*180mm, 400*300*180mm, 500*400*180mm, 600*500*180mm, can be customized.
Product features:
1. The base is made of marble (00 grade) material, and the solid platform design ensures high stability and rigidity.
2. using grinding ball screw and precision linear guide, with integrated controller control, high precision, high speed, high stability.
3. One axis adopts imported Japanese Panasonic drive and motor.
4. The high speed optical fiber high frame rate digital camera with 5 million SONY chip large target surface does not need to be equipped with image acquisition card for clearer imaging
5. Low distortion telephoto lens, higher accuracy and wider field of view
6. Programmable surface light and far-core parallel cold light source with adjustable brightness
7. Equipped with SIPIN 0.5um grating ruler.
