Skein Length Tester

The Skein Length Tester is a precision instrument designed to measure the length of yarn accurately. It is used for determining yarn linear density (yarn count), yarn strength testing, and evaluating yarn uniformity. The tester employs microcontroller control for smooth, reliable operation, with real-time speed monitoring and adjustable parameters to ensure reproducibility and precision.

(1) Microcontroller control: True single-chip digital control with smooth start/stop and real-time speed measurement

(2) Adjustable stopping laps: Can pre-set 1–5 laps for deceleration to prevent yarn tangling or punching

(3) Continuous variable speed: Adjustable yarn frame speed from 30–260 r/min

(4) Electronic counting and display: LED or LCD display for loop count, speed, and tension

(5) Safety and stability: Emergency stop switch, dust cover option, firm stainless steel and aluminum alloy frame

(6) Pre-tension device: Improves accuracy during testing

(7) Multi-tube testing: Supports up to 6 yarns simultaneously
