Hydraulic oil purification filtration tester
The Hydraulic Oil Purification Filtration Tester is designed to maintain and improve oil cleanliness in hydraulic and lubrication systems. You can use this device to remove solid particle contaminants through multi-stage filtration and bypass circulation, ensuring stable system operation and extending the service life of hydraulic components and the entire system. It supports both online purification during operation and offline oil regeneration during filling, oil replacement, or maintenance.

You can operate this device in compliance with international and domestic standards:
(1) GB/T 14039 — Hydraulic transmission: Code for solid particle contamination levels in hydraulic fluids;
(2) GB/T 18854 — Hydraulic transmission: Automatic particle counting method for liquid contamination measurement;
(3) ISO 4406 — Hydraulic fluid contamination: Coding of solid particle contamination levels;
(4) ISO 4407 — Hydraulic fluid contamination: Measurement of particle contamination using optical automatic counters;
(5) NAS 1638 — Aerospace hydraulic system contamination levels.
