Test Procedures

Install the gas sample into the stainless steel container and seal with rubber stopper.

Evacuate the container using the dedicated vacuum pump and purge with inert or test gas as required.

Set the target environmental temperature using the control system.

Mix the gas to the desired concentration using the pre-configured interfaces and monitor with pressure sensors.

Initiate ignition via the internal ignition device; interlock protection prevents accidental ignition during gas mixing.

Observe combustion behavior through the observation window.

Record temperature, pressure, and other relevant data in real time via the PLC and HMI touchscreen.

Store or export data for analysis and reporting.

Maintenance Information

Regularly inspect and clean the container and rubber stopper to ensure tight sealing.

Check and calibrate high-precision and conventional pressure sensors periodically.

Ensure vacuum pump operates efficiently and perform routine maintenance.

Clean observation window to maintain clear visibility.

Verify ignition device and interlock protection system function properly before testing.

Confirm PLC, HMI touchscreen, and data acquisition modules are operational and software is up-to-date.
