The Mattress Rollator is a laboratory durability testing system designed to evaluate the long-term structural stability, height retention, and hardness consistency of mattresses under repeated rolling load conditions. The system uses a 240 lb hexagonal roller to simulate human body movement and load distribution during extended mattress use, representing approximately ten years of service life.
