Clean room HEPA fan filter unit (HEPA FFU) are mostly used in Class 10 and Class 100 clean rooms.The FFU has its own fan, and the air is uniform and stable. It avoids the problem of air volume balance in each air outlet of the centralized air supply system.It is especially beneficial for vertical one-way flow cleanrooms. Its Low product height helps to saves space in the air chamber when the air supply system is designed.

Clean room HEPA fan filter unit (FFU)is a modular terminal air supply device with self-powered and filtering function. The fan sucks the air from the top of the Fan filter unit and filters it through HEPA, and the filtered clean air is evenly sent out at a air flow of 0.45m/s±20% on the entire air outlet surface.
