VCM Z
The traditional Z-axis focusing module adopts voice coil motor or galvanometer structure, which has high load quality, slow response time and low dynamic performance. VCM Z-axis focusing module breaks through the traditional perspective optical path design scheme and greatly improves the dynamic performance of the Z-axis focusing module. The highly innovative Z-axis structure design greatly reduces the following error, making the dynamic performance of Z-axis and XY galvomatch perfectly, and ensures that the scanning speed of the 3D galvanometer is not restricted by the dynamic performance of Z-axis.
