Keyto multi-channel rotary shear valvecan be categorized into long lifetime model and regular model according to the service life. For long lifetime models, medium materials in contact with the fluid include PCTFE valve head, ceramic stator, and sapphire rotor. For the regular model, the medium materials in contact with the fluid include PCTFE valve head, PEEK stator, and PTFE rotor. Both the stator and rotor are corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant. Keyto multi-channel rotary solenoid valvecan be categorized into extended lifetime model and regular model according to the service life. For long-lifetime models, medium materials in contact with the fluid include the PCTFE valve head, ceramic stator, and sapphire rotor.

Characteristics of Rotary Shear Valves

Rotary shear valve has an integrated drive controller which controls the operation of the stepper motor by accepting commands from the host computer. This enables the switching of the fluid path. Three serial protocols are available: RS232/RS485/CAN bus.

The rotor is made of sapphire, which is suitable for various corrosive liquids. Valve head is made of PCTFE, which is maintenance-free.

A compact structure facilitates reducing the reagent residue inside the flow channel.

Quick liquid switching, responsive with high accuracy.

The positioning sensor to confirm the valve position is integrated directly into the valve and the positioning of the branch port is accurate.

Functions & Applications of Rotary Shear Valves

The functions and applications of rotary shear valves are as follows:

Keyto rotary shear valve is a new type used in the hydraulic field, especially in connection with a multi-channel rotary cutting valve and a hydraulic system. The utility model can reduce the diameter of the valve body and the volume of the rotary shear valve under the same working conditions.

During its operation, the drive device drives the adapter shaft to rotate, and the valve element assembly rotates to make the second liquid inlet channel align with the liquid inlet through the hole on the valve body so that external liquid can enter the valve head. The liquid inlet through-hole on the valve body is arranged in several rows along the radial direction of the valve body, which makes efficient use of the space of the valve body. Under the same working conditions, the diameter of the valve body is effectively reduced, and the volume of the rotary cut valve is reduced.
