Product Description

Double Flange Ball Valvehas been used in heating filed since 1950s,RICKS began its heating career in 1995,since then, RICKS has been committed to introducing new technologies and equipment to improve our quality and service. Our self-developed fully automatic production line uses first-class European equipment and can produce a high-quality ball valve every 38 seconds, ensuring that we can complete the production of 1,000,000 units per year!

CHARACTERISTICS AND ADVANTAGE

1The Flange Ball Valvebody structure is integrally welded and will not have external leakage.

2,The valve seat is composed of a PTFE sealing ring and a spring, and has a strong adaptability to changes in pressure and temperature, and will not cause any leakage within the range of use.

3,The valve stem has an anti-leakage structure and three sealing rings are installed on the valve stem. PTFE sealing gaskets are added between each group, and a pre-tightened graphite gasket is installed at the top to ensure no leakage.

4,Imported preload torque spot welding machine and ball valve torque control ensure that the switching torque of each specification of valve is small and easy to operate.

5,All valve parts are processed by CNC machine tools. The high processing precision makes the valve easy to operate and has no adverse interference.

6,The buried depth of direct buried welded ball valve can be designed with different valve heights according to the project requirements.

7,According to the different needs of users for valve connection ports, a variety of port connection methods can be designed for your selection.

8,The valve is designed to have a service life of 30 years under normal operation.

9,Product has been tested according to ISO9001,CE and PED certification
