Outside Thread: M6.5-0.8 Self Tapping Inserts provide permanent wear-resistant threads in a wide range of materials, from tough to tap, high strength steels to brittle plastics. By tapping its own thread, CL-Self tapping insert eliminates the need for pre-tapped holes. Application This is a self-tapping insert for the creation of wear- free, vibration resistant screw joints with high load capacity in material which are having low shearing strength.
