The working principle of theYUANZHIHexagonLockNutsis self-locking using the friction between the nut and the bolt. However, the reliability of this self-locking will decrease in dynamic loads. The anti-loosening effect of the Hexagon Lock Nuts mainly depends on the interaction force between the nut and the bolt thread. There are many ways to improve the interaction force between the engaging threads, such as the improvement of the screw structure of the Spill nut, the nylon roughening of the nylon nut, and the surface treatment of the thread.
