AD3000-SPA 6-60LPM Air Oxygen Blender
Accuracy, simplicity and safety are Pigeon Medical air-oxygen blender core design values. By combining the clean operation control and advanced engineering, flow and oxygen concentration level can be adjusted respectively by just a single revolving knob.
Air oxygen blender model AD3000-SPA provides an additional option on flow meter, 6-60LPM, which is best for general adult oxygen therapies such as mechanical ventilation and high flow nasal cannula equipment. Even without external power supply required, the precision of the FiO2 can reach ±3%. Mechanical alarm triggers automatically to alert the medical team if differential pressure detected.
AD3000-SPA 10-120LPM Air Oxygen Blender
According to the market trend, Pigeon Medical has developed Air Oxygen Blender AD3000-SPA 10-120LPM special version used to mix medical grade oxygen and air to a concentration range from 21-100% with the maximum of 120LPM which is suitable for use in emergency room and ICU where high flow and accurate oxygen concentration is required.
With an inside alarm system, safety valve will start automatically and produce blended gas continuously if differential pressure is detected.
Air Oxygen Blender Design
Base on principle, the product needs to mix the air and the oxygen,then proportionally to output a mixed gas about 21%-100%. Structurally, a stepper motor is used to drive the main mandrel to move back and forth in the gas mixing chamber,then control the flow rate of oxygen or air. Finally achieve controlling the oxygen concentration and optimized to improve the accuracy of the air-oxygen mixer itself.
