Perspiration tester consists of 1 stainless steel frame with 21 acrylic separator plates to hold 20 samples. Thus the bothISO/AATCC test methods can be done in one time. 20 plastic basins are equipped for pre-treatment of samples.

Applications:
The Perspiration Tester is designed for color fastness test ofvarious kinds of textile materials and textilesto perspiration, sea water, saliva, distilled water,etc.
Product Information:
The Perspiration Tester is widely used in determining the color fastness of textiles to perspiration, sea water, saliva and distilled water. The colored textile specimen combinedtogether with the prescribed lining fabricis wet out in a simulated acid perspiration solution or others.After the wetting processed, the specimen combination is extruded to remove the excess fluid and sandwiched between the sample board, applied with specified pressure for a certain period of time. Then dry the specimen and the lining fabric seperately and observe the color change.
The stainless steel frame can hold 20 samples held between acrylic separator plates.Loading weights for AATCC, ISO and BS standards are included.UseIt is equipped with a sweat color fastness oven and a chemical reagent kit for AATCC and ISO perspiration test,including 500g Sodium Chloride, 500g Sodium Dihydrogen Orthophosphate 2H2O, 500g Di-Sodium Hydrogen Orthophosphate 2H2O, 200g L-Histidine Monohydrochloride.
