LT-03 Leak Tester

Leak testingis essential across a wide range of industries to maintain product quality and safety. LT-03 leak tester uses vacuum leak test method to detect leaks and seal strength for different types of packages and containers. It’s the latest leak tester developed by Cell Instruments using PLC and HMI technology. It is widely used as a helpful quality control tools for assessment of sealing integrity in various sectors such as packaging material, food, medical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, beverage, stationery, etc.

Industrial level stable PLC-controlled and 7-inch HMI touch screen operated.

Fine acrylic transparent chamber for easy sample placing and observation.

Stable vacuum is created by equipped Venturi tube through compressed air, instead of a high-cost vacuum pump.

LT-03 can save 5 groups of vacuum degree and test time parameters, which saves time and reduces operational errors.

The leak and non-leak sample numbers can be calculated in operation process.

At customer’s request, we can change language to local type.

For GMP purpose, we can add access level management.
