Smoke - Emission Testing Machine for Aerospace Wires and Cables

In accordance with the provisions of the U.S. military specifications MIL - W5086C and 22759D, as well as "GJB17.17 - 84 Test Methods for Aerospace Wires and Cables: Smoke - Emission Test".
Application Scope:
This testing machine is suitable for checking whether aerospace wires and cables emit visible smoke under the action of specified temperatures.
Technical Parameters:
1. Input voltage: AC220V + 10%, 50Hz 2. Operating DC current: Arbitrarily adjustable (1) 0 - 400A (2KVA) (2) 0 - 600A (3KVA) (This specification is optional) (3) 0 - 1000A (12KVA) (This specification is optional) 3. Voltage drop range: 0 - 5000mV 4. Timer: Adjustable within the range of 0 - 99.99H/M/S 5. When the timing is up, the current can be automatically cut off. 6. Voltmeter range: DC0 - 5000mV, voltmeter accuracy: ±0.2% 7. Ammeter range: 0 - 500A, ammeter accuracy: ±1% 8. The test should be carried out in a wind - free environment. 9. Specifications of the smoke - emission combustion chamber: 1000mm×400mm×600mm, and the test background is black.
