Product Description

Multi-effect distilled water machineis the core equipment of water for injection system, its distillation technology originated from Finland FINN-AQUA forced falling film evaporation technology, using high temperature and high pressure operation, to ensure the stable production of pyrogen-free water for injection.

The distilled water produced by the multi-effect distilled water machine fully meets the requirements of the current U.S. Pharmacopoeia, European Pharmacopoeia, Japanese Pharmacopoeia and Chinese Pharmacopoeia on water for injection. Can be used in biology,medicine,medical equipment,food industries such as in vitro diagnosis,hemodialysis,raw water for injection,water for pharmaceutical factories,bioengineering laboratories and other related industries.

Multi Effect Water DistillerFeatures:

◆ All parts in contact with raw water,pure steam and waterfor in jection are made of 316L material.

◆ The stainless steel surface is electrochemically polished to ensure the quality of water for injection and e*tend the service life of the equipment.

◆ The e*ternal preheater,condenser and first-effect evaporator are all double-tube plate designs,which comply with cGMP requirements and effectively eliminate the possibility of low-sanitary quality contamination of the system.

◆ All hot surfaces are insulated and surrounded by a 304 stainless steel shell.

◆ There are no moving parts on the equipment,making it quiet,safe and reliable to operate.
