THREE PART SYRINGE BARREL MOLD
It is designed for various types of three-part syringe barrel.including luer slip, luer lock and dual-structural syringe. (1ml, 2ml, 2.5ml, 3ml, 5ml, 10ml, 20ml, 25ml, 30ml, 50ml, 50ml Catheter Tip, 60ml Catheter Tip, 100ml, 150ml)
It consists of three main components: the barrel mold, the front plate, and the back plate.
The injection barrelmold is typically made of a material with good wear resistance to ensure it has the necessary durability and performance. It is design to hold the molten plastic material and shape it into the desired syringe barrel shape. The front and back plates are used to clamp the barrel mold in place and apply pressure to it during the molding progress. They are typically made of sturdy metals like steel to ensure they can withstand the high temperatures and pressure of injection molding.
USAGE METHOD OF THREE PART SYRINGE BARREL MOLD
Use a sling to lift the mold evenly and place it in the designated position on the injection molding machine.
Install correctly according to requirements.
Warm up and preheat the mold.
Start producing.
Regular maintenance.
