APPLICABLE INDUSTRY:
The machine is specially used for angle steel marking, punching and cutting mainly in the field of power and telecommunication industry.
ADVANTAGES:
● JX2532 is an Angle Drilling and Marking machine for 100*100*7~250*250*32mm. The machine is used for processing holes on angles. Marking and drilling are in automatic completeness.
● The drilling unit has 3 different drilling spindles on feft and right side, it will choose the drilling spindle automatically.
● After the hole is proceed, upper hydraulic clamps are opened and the materials is positioned to the next drilling coordinates again. All these operations are repeated for the whole length of the materials.
● The angle processing line marking unit adopts rigid and compact structure. Marking stadia can be set at will such as with infinite punching rows.
● This angle line machine support and pressing device meets the requirements of processing angles with bigger bending. When editing, only need to input angles size, hole diameters, positions, and quantities by using CAD/CAM directly conversion. All finished angles can be unloaded by pneumatic turnover device.
