sp slurry pump
SP type pump flow parts are made of wear-resistant metal.
The parts of the SPR pump immersed in the liquid are all lined with rubber and are suitable for conveying abrasive slurries without edges.
Depending on the level of the slurry tank, pump drive shafts or suction pipes of different lengths can be selected.
The use of multiple speeds and multiple modifications allows the pump to operate under optimal working conditions, with long service life and high operating efficiency, and can meet many types of harsh transportation conditions.
1. Adopt vertical cantilever type and single pump casing structure.
2. Double-suction, semi-open impeller design, using carbide or rubber impeller.
3. The cylindrical bearing assembly adopts high-capacity bearing design, and the bearings are grease lubricated.
4. The gap between the impeller and the guard plate can be adjusted to ensure efficient operation of the pump.
5. No need for any shaft seal.
6. The pump and driver can use direct drive or V-belt drive.
7. The RVS type uses rubber flow parts and rubber-lined parts in contact with the slurry to adapt to highly corrosive working conditions.
