Screw Loader
Product introduction:
This screw loader is an auxiliary equipment in plastics industry. It can transport the raw materials into hopper, high speed mixer or blender. All parts contacted with raw material are made of SUS 304. This is a simple but reliable material conveying equipment.

4. This machine has a wide range of application, which can be used for powder feeding, plastic particlesfeeding, powder particle mixed materials.It can also be used in the transportation and loading of powder and granules in the process of pharmaceutical and chemical production.
5. Low energy consumption, only about one thirdof the power consumption of the traditional vacuum feeder.
Working principle:
Putthe raw material into the box continuously, start the switch, and the material is continuously lifted from the bottom of thebox to the outlet by the screw. There is a time setting in the system, and the feeding time can be set according to each feeding amount.
