In order to eliminate customer’s misgivings, we showed him two comparison report between GLPOLY XK-P110 and Fujipoly XJ-R thermal silicone pad and provided samples for testing.
Two months later, the purchasing manager told me on that he satisfied with test result, GLPOLY thermal gap pad XK-P110 provided exceptional performance as excellent as Fujipoly XJ-R did. Customer decided to partner with us and push material switching immediately.
We havn’t had complaint since we started business two years ago. Customer really appreciated the quality of our product and service.
