The system is designed according to BASIC, Energy Star V2.1, IEC-Pst, CA CEC, ASSIST, CIE SVM and IEEE Std 1789, it used to test the Flicker test, Start and Run-up time (work with LSP-500VAC) for the LED lamp, CFL and all other luminaires
