Product introduction

The collection needle rubber sleeve resilience tester evaluates the force measured by the collection tube when it passes vertically through a die hole larger than 0.05 mm outside diameter of the collection needle tube under test.

Operation method

1. Insert the needle at the butt end into the die hole of the clamping fixture 2mm above

the surface.

2. Start the test device to compress the rubber sleeve.

3. Measure the rubber sleeve resilience at 5mm and 15mm between the needle tube and

the needle base.

4. The test result is 0.5N≤ the rubber sleeve resilience ≤1.5N.

Technical parameter

1. Pressure test range: 0 — 50N, error is not more than ±1%, resolution 0.01N.

2. Test time: 1-999S, any choice, the error is not more than ±0.5S.

3. Test speed: 50mm/min, 80mm/min, 100mm/min error is not more than ±2%.

4. Printing method: Each time can print 8. 10 test data or 13 test data and the average

piercing force and deviation value.

5. Measuring distance: 0 — 50mm, error is not more than ±0.1mm.
