Product Introduction:

This type of salt spray test chamber is one of the artificial climate environmental “three antis” (damp heat, salt spray, mold) testing equipments and an important testing equipment for researching the adaptability and reliability of various products in industries such as machinery, national defense industry, light industry electronics, and instrumentation under different environments. This salt spray corrosion test chamber can conduct neutral salt spray tests in accordance with GB/T2423.17 “Basic Environmental Testing Procedures for Electric and Electronic Products - Test Ka: Salt Spray Test Method” and can also carry out acetic acid salt spray tests.

Features：

Intelligent Temperature Control Instrument: It adopts the intelligent temperature control instrument produced by RKC Corporation of Japan. This instrument has a high degree of intelligence, with multiple sets of PID operation and fuzzy control, fast self-tuning, achieving smoother control output and higher control accuracy.

Automatic Timing Device: After the test chamber reaches the preset temperature, it starts automatic spraying. When the time set by the timer is reached, it stops automatically.

Transparent Top Cover for Test Chamber: The test chamber can be equipped with a transparent top cover, allowing for real-time monitoring of the spray status and the working condition of the specimens at any time.

Non-clogging Nozzle: The nozzle adopts a non-crystallizing injection nozzle, eliminating the worry of salt blockage.

Double Pressure Adjustment and Over-temperature Protection Devices: It is equipped with double pressure adjustment and over-temperature protection devices.
