Wear-resistant titanium carbide guide wheel
This type of guide wheel can be customized with groove shapes according to the specifications of the wire or pipe, such as V-shaped, U-shaped, semi-circular, etc., to meet different production requirements. After its surface is polished, the roughness is as low as Ra0.01μm, which can reduce the friction damage of the wire and increase the breaking strength of the metal wire by 10%. In the production of automotive brake cables, the stable guidance of the guide wheels can ensure the uniform tension of the brake cables and avoid the risk of breakage during use. The surface of the guide wheel can be specially treated as required. For instance, after being sprayed with a diamond coating, its wear resistance can be further enhanced by 30%, making it suitable for processing high-hardness alloy wires. Its weight is 30% lighter than that of steel guide wheels of the same size, which can reduce the load on the drive motor and lower energy consumption by more than 15%. In the production of precision tubes, the groove accuracy of the guide wheel reaches IT3 grade, which can ensure that the outer diameter tolerance of the tube is controlled within ±0.01mm, meeting the high-precision requirements of the medical, aviation and other fields.
