The material possesses a highly dense internal structure with a porosity of less than 0.1%, effectively preventing coolant infiltration and subsequent internal cracking. During the copper tube drawing process, the guide wheel achieves a low friction coefficient of 0.08 against the copper tube surface, significantly reducing surface scratches and increasing the product qualification rate from 85% to 99%. Customizable groove geometries—including V-shaped, U-shaped, and semi-circular profiles—are available to accommodate various wire or pipe specifications, thereby meeting diverse production requirements. Following precision polishing, the surface roughness can reach as low as Ra 0.01 μm, minimizing friction-induced damage to wires and enhancing the breaking strength of metallic wires by 10%. In automotive brake cable manufacturing, the consistent guidance provided by these guide wheels ensures uniform cable tension, effectively mitigating the risk of in-service failure due to breakage.
