Titanium carbide hard alloy guide wheel - Wear-resistant

The surface of the guide wheel can be specially treated as required. Its weight is 30% lighter than that of steel guide wheels of the same size, which can reduce the load on the drive motor and lower energy consumption by more than 15%. In the production of precision tubes, the groove accuracy of the guide wheel reaches IT3 grade, which can ensure that the outer diameter tolerance of the tube is controlled within ±0.01mm, meeting the high-precision requirements of the medical, aviation and other fields. Compared with ceramic guide wheels, this type of guide wheel has better toughness and is less likely to break due to minor collisions, reducing the frequency of replacement. Its service life is 2 to 3 times that of ceramic guide wheels. In the production of steel cord, a set of guide wheels can produce over 1,000 tons of cord, while ceramic guide wheels can only produce 300 to 500 tons. The cost-performance advantage of guide wheels has enabled them to be widely used in the tire industry, helping to enhance the wear resistance and safety of tires.
